Reasonable and satisfactory breakfast and other services were very good! Location: the hotel was so close to the local pizza, a short 15-20 minute train ride and the local restaurant across the square.

Nothing not too like!

This is a low cost hotel situated just outside Florence. It is basic, but clean and comfortable and the staff very polite and faultless in their service. Located next to a train station and 10 mins from Florence, it is also perfect as a launch pad to Siena, Pisa and San Gimignano.

The plumbing is very noisy and when your neighbour flushes the toilet it is very intrusive.

Friendly and helpful reception staff, convenient location close to the railvay station - 15 minutes in a comfortable train and you are in the center of Florence. Lucky to have a room with big balcony. Free parking. Goog restaurants in a walking distance.

Somebody may think that it is noisy near the station, but actually not so.

Make sure you stay in the twin room with air conditioning and extra pillows for a comfortable experience.

Staff were very hekpful. Facilities were good. Good location to Firenze. Most importantly there was a good internet signal.

The room was quite large and comfortable, with a particularly large shower and balcony. (We had a corner room on the top floor, and not all floors had balconies.). It was also very quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel thinking it was in Florence (different Hotel Europa), but were pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

The breakfast was very basic and lacked variety for a multiple day stay. Also the coffee was instant.:

Adequate, clean and inexpensive rooms. Excellent staff. Train terminal immediately out the door, and I mean immediately. Special thanks to the continental breakfast man whose enthusiasm and enjoyment of his job made each morning a treat.

Before booking hotel, I called and asked if they were in Florence and near all the sites; I was told "yes", so I booked. As it turns out, they are not in Florence, but in Signa ("Seen-yah"); a 15-20 minute, 1.9Euro quick train ride to the main train station in Florence. Ok if we wanted that, but we didn'T. Regardless, still rather convenient.

The gentleman who managed the breakfast dining room was delightful and made us feel so welcome. And it was steps from the train station.

The hotel gives the impression it is in Florence. It is not. Just be careful to note that it is a train ride to Florence and make sure that fits your plans. The price was just a bit high since it was not in Florence.

Not close to Florence, pay w-fi, cramped shower (typical of Europe). The following answer, of recommending this hotel, must be moderated by the chance that many travelers will prefer to be closer to Florence.

The train station is in front of the hotel and it takes less than 20 minutes by the train to Florence. You can leave your car near the hotel (free of charge) and go to Florence without any traffic problem. The hotel staff were very kind, answering all our questions (in English).
